The Middle East always gets the best stuff — like oil and horrible, horrible wars. Well, now ViewSonic is adding to that by launching their new, state-of-the-art 22-inch widescreen VLED221wm desktop monitor in the Middle East.
Take that, Iran!
The monitor will feature the world’s first 12000:1 dynamic contrast ratio in a LED desktop display, ideally helping to stop tyranny and suffering in the Middle East.
The new screen provides color experts, editors, gamers and so on to have the best possible color in whatever they’re working on.
In comparison, most CRT and LCD monitors display around 70-80% of the NTSC’s range of colors — the VLED221wm will be able to display 118% — which is at least 18% higher than humanely possible.
Finally, the display has a native 1680×1050 resolution, a 5ms response time and is equipped with dual analog and digital inputs and integrated stereo speakers. It’s also mercury free and takes one baby step into not destroying our planet.
Available to ship in the Middle East in February, the street price should roughly be $799.
