According to rumors spotted on various forums, the Treo 700w will be available for around US$ 500 for a two year contract from Verizon. The price for a unit without a contract is reported to be US$ 600-650.

The pricing is reportedly higher because of EV-DO support, which will allow the phone to access high speed networks at 400-700kbps speeds.
