January 31, 2006
While traditional PDA vendors are bending over backwards to release PDAs with phones in them, looks like Nokia has gone the other way and released a PDA without cellular capabilities in it.
Denon AVR 4306 Reviews
January 31, 2006
The Denon AVR-4306 is a breakthrough in home entertainment theater receivers, not only for Denon but in general.
It is one of the most thoroughly designed medium range receivers and sets the way for all future receivers that want to become the nerve center for home entertainment – which is increasingly focusing on computers and the internet as media sources.

It is the first IP connected receiver from Denon which allows it to talk to computers within the network and using Windows Media connect it can connect to thousands of internet addressable radio stations.
Pentax Optio 60 6MP Digital Camera Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Pentax Optio 60 6MP Digital Camera is such a simple point-and-click camera that it has it’s very own Simple Mode. But nothing is wrong with simple when simple is what you want — and if you want a cheap, easy-to-use camera, that isn’t only a film camera (if a weak one) but also a PC camera.
The Optio 60 has a fairly high 6.0 megapixels, a 3x Pentax optical zoom, and runs on AA batteries.
Panasonic PV GS150 3CCD Digital Camcorder Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Panasonic PV-GS150 is the camcorder version of what digital camera users call, “point-and-shoot.” It’s small – almost fitting in the palm of your hand, easy-to-use, and fairly priced.
Innovative and surprisingly powerful, the PV-GS150 uses a 3CCD imaging system – the same system used in Panasonic’s popular and professional DVX cameras.
Sony DCR DVD403 DVD Camcorder Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Sony DCR-DVD403 camcorder is special. Special in a way that’s new and innovative – rather than cute and harmless — special in a way that’ll not only make you want to buy it, but also show it off to anyone who’ll look and listen.
What’s so special about it? Well, for one, the DCR-DVD403 records footage and pictures directly unto a DVD – meaning, no more memory cards, no more uploading pictures unto the computer and then spending the time to burn them unto a DVD – this camcorder makes your footage ready to show as soon as the last minute of DVD is up.
Secondly – a 4ch microphone that records Dolby 5.1ch surround sound is built-in to the camera – meaning muffled, badly-recorded and often too-quiet sound will now sound, while not professional, a whole, whole lot better than any other home camcorder microphone.
Sony HDR HC1 MiniDV Digital Camcorder Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Sony HDR-HC1 is a tricky sort of camera. On one hand, it’ll give you the very best quality of camera at this price, as it shoots in HD.
Panasonic PV GS31 MiniDV Camcorder Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Panasonic PV-GS31 camcorder is not for serious users. Instead, it markets itself for the don’t-have-much-money-but-really-want-a-camcorder crowd – and for that, it’s perfect, and even sometimes (and we stress sometimes) will surprise you with its picture quality.
Sometimes.
The camera uses a 2.5 inch color LCD screen, has a 1/6th –inch CCD imager with 680k resolution, and has a 26x optical zoom – which is easily one of the strongest zooms for a camera of this price.
The camcorder records on MiniDV tapes and memory cards and includes a variety of other features.
Sony DCR DVD92 DVD Camcorder Reviews
January 30, 2006
The Sony DCR-DVD92 is another camcorder in the line of Sony’s “record-straight-to-DVD” models. Cheap, innovative, easy-to-use, and just plain cool, the DCR-DVD92 not only makes a great camcorder, but a great toy too.
The camcorder uses a 1/6th inch CCD imager, includes a 20x optical zoom, an 800x digital zoom, a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, and a 2.5 inch hybrid touch panel – meaning there’s a bit of touchscreen and a bit of buttons.
Vizio L32 LCD HDTV Reviews
January 30, 2006
Not exactly the high-endest of high-end widescreen TV’s, the Vizio L32 32″ Widescreen HD-Ready Flat-Panel LCD TV is priced less than the slightly better, higher-end brands, but is still a beauty to behold.
The 32″ inch LCD TV allows HDTV display capability at 720p and 1080i.
