EZQuest, a name that sounds like a video game for very stupid people, is, in fact, a company that makes the Monsoon. The Monsoon is a 160GB External hard drive that will shock you with its cheap price and delight you with its dependability – or something like that.The Monsoon drive is a quick, high-capacity drive that comes with a high-speed USB 2.0 and Firewire 400 ports for a wide range of compatibility. It comes pre-preformatted for OSX and OS9, but is also easily formatted for Windows. Small and light, the Monsoon is extremely portable – making it great for road warriors and anyone who needs to transfer information over long distances. The drive is stackable, meaning you can keep connecting other external drives to it until you have more memory than is legal, and has a transfer rate of up to 36MB a second to read and 30 MB a second to write.The 7200 RPM drive is sleek, and aesthetically pretty, and comes with a complimentary stand. All in all, the Monsoon is a very trustworthy, well-priced hard drive.
