Smartphone Reviews

We feature reviews of Smartphones. These phones generally have a QUERTY type interface or reasonably functional handwriting recognition.

A Smartphone phone should have the ability to connect to email, sync calendars, open documents in multiple formats and allow a user to carry out basic office or business oriented tasks while on the go.

Cameras are optional on PDA phones as far as we're concerned. The ability to store, watch and listen to videos and music is a definate plus.

It is common for these phones to be based around one of the following operating systems:

Blackberry: A proprietary system which is used in Blackberry phones
Symbian: Found mainly in Nokia based phones
Palm: Found commonly in Treo based smartphones
and
Windows Mobile: Found in a large number of phones which are built to Microsoft specifications.

Each of the above has unique characteristics which makes people either hate them or love them.
