There are several things that blow our minds. The internet’s a pretty amazing thing, television, the creation of the wheel, airplanes are fairly impressive when you consider you’re flying a several ton metal thing through the sky (wings or no wings) — and finally, chocolate fountains.
The Rival CCF5 Chocolate Fondue Fountain is one of such amazing creatures. It is, as its name suggests, a mini-fountain of chocolate — it’ll impress your friends, it’ll entertain your children, and it will make you gain at least fifteen pounds.
The Chocolate Fondue Fountain uses a heated stainless-steel bowl which holds up to 5 pounds of chocolate — that’s for you to do. The auger-style pump does the rest — creating a two-tiered waterfall of deliciousness that you can dip anything, from strawberries, to cookies, to insects into. A few other features include a dial control with an “off” button and two setting options, an instruction manual, and “entertaining ideas.” We assume, that when Rival says, “entertaining ideas” they mean ideas in which to entertain guests with a fountain, and not say, shaving a cat and making a coat out of its fur (an idea that entertains us personally.)
The fountain is easy to clean, easy to put together, and has a one-year warranty. It’s a fun gadget, and a cool thing to have at parties.
The only slight problem with it is it takes a bit of work to get it working. You have to melt the chocolate, thin it with vegetable oil to let it flow, and so on and so forth — it is, however, a fountain of chocolate, so some work to make its beauty shine will be necessary.
How can we not recommend this? It’s delicious, it’s cheap, and it makes chocolate flow in all its beauty.
Things That Make It Special:
* 1 year limited warranty.
* Auger-style pump which creates 2-tiered waterfall of melted chocolate.
* Quiet operation.
* 5 pound heated reservoir capacity.
* Dishwasher-safe parts.
* Instructions and entertaining ideas included.
* It’s a chocolate fountain. Why aren’t you buying it?

I am very disappointed by the poor performance of my Rival chocolate fountain. I have only used it a few times and it no longer heats the chocolate up enough to have it flow.
