The Sony Bravia KDL-46V3000 is in the BRAVIA V Series of LCD HDTVs — what does that mean? It means it’s almost identical to the KDL-52W3000 — except it’s cheaper and missing a few features (which is usually the unfortunate result of “cheaper.”)
What features, you ask? Well, it has one less HDMI connection (only 2), so there’s that.
It also doesn’t have HDMI v.13 features such as x.v.Color – which broadens color space input capabilities to 1.8 times the natural colors existing in HDTV signals.
Aside from that, and being a good few hundred dollars cheaper, the KDL-46V3000 is almost identical to the shinier, pricier KDL-52W3000.
Things That Also Make It Special:
- Cheaper than the KDL-52W3000 but with almost as many features.
