LG’s KF750 Touchscreen Phone Slides and Looks Sexy

It’s not news that LG is releasing a new line of sexy cell phones (yes, they’re all going to try to be ’iPhone killers’ — and no, probably none of them will succeed) called the KF line. While we’ll have to wait for next week’s CeBIT show to really get all the details, we have wrangled some for the KF750 — codenamed, “Libra.”
This is a good first step — as we fully support and celebrate Libras.
Italy Designs Cell for Kids, Kids Bravissimo in Joy

Vodafone Italy has joined forces with Disney to launch a new cell phone specifically targeting kids between the ages of 8 and 13. The phone, with its red face plate and gooey Mickey Mouse center, aims to take advantage of the 3 million families with children that fall into that age bracket and to fantasia its way into their hearts.
T-Mobile’s Dual-Mode Phone Nears Wi-Firific Release

T-Mobile is preparing to launch what it calls, “T-Mobile At Home” — a service that will allow customers to use one phone that will, as if by magic, switch between cell and Wi-Fi networks, depending on your location, the accessibility of a wireless network in the area, and how pretty you are. While this service isn’t groundbreaking and has already been provided by a few other companies in a few other countries, this is the first time it has been offered in the US — which officially validates the technology and makes it meaningful — take that, France.

LG Electronics, the company known for their phones and their winking-happy-face logo, announced the launch of the world’s first 5 mega-pixel GSM camera phone — the KG920. With a slick new design, the handset also boasts to being the slimmest mobile phone in this category (the category of cool) — making it easily one of the most attractive, sellable phones on the market.
