TNgames FPS Gaming Vest Simulates Pain

February 22, 2008

Have you ever wanted to wear a vest that beat you up? Well, now you can, with the FPS Force Feedback Gaming Vest — a slightly-slick-mostly-nerdy vest that simulates video game pain on your body.

Finally.

Force_Feedback_Gaming_Vest.jpgIn true Nintendo Rumble pack fashion, TNgames has created a gaming vest that works with a video game to cause you pain. By using eight active zones, the vest uses compressed air pouches to recreate a variety of in-game hurting, like being shot, or knifed or having your heart eaten by a Quake 4 monster.

The product description also promises “crushing explosions” and “fear-inducing finger taps” as they occur in the game. The latter a sentence we’ve been trying to unravel for the past several minutes, having come to the conclusion that the description speaks of Call of Duty 3, the Tickle War.

The Vest comes bundled with two games — Incursion and Call of Duty 2. Both games specifically showcase the vest’s features and have a very real ability to kill you, making the games that much more fun.

For those of you with either freakishly small bodies or gigantic ogre bodies — the vest comes in small/medium as well as large/extra-large to cover all shapes and sizes. It’ll also set you back $169, which has always been a good price to get physically beaten by pixels.

Buy it here, on the TNgames website.
